This 750,000 square foot regional complex is home to Target, Home Depot, Old Navy, PetSmart, TJMaxx, Stop and Shop, DSW shoes, Applebee’s and Wal-Mart.  During the course of the project, there were substantial delays to both the building and site work contracts, including delays resulting from late Notice To Proceed, design changes, retaining wall issues and slope failures.

TriLogix was retained by both the General Contractor and the Sitework Contractor to perform an analysis of construction progress on the project to determine the causes and liability for delays and the associated costs.
